Vintage Delight

Johnny and Olivia shared their unique wedding from across the Atlantic in Yorkshire, England! Johnny, a drummer for the band Vib-Gyor, and Olivia, a wedding photographer, wanted their day to be a true reflection of their love of friends, family and the environment—with an eclectic feel. “For me, it’s about having the confidence to put your own stamp on the day, not being afraid to step off what I fondly call the wedding conveyor belt,” says Olivia.

Johnny and Olivia's most impressive stamp on their day was the abundance of beautiful vintage china.  During the months prior to the wedding, Olivia's mom set out on a vintage adventure, sourcing tea cups and saucers for the dessert and coffee bar, plates for the vegetarian meal, and antique china jugs and vases to house fresh, handpicked flowers from Olivia's mother's garden. 

Olivia still has the china today, which she rents out to wedding events to help prevent excess waste and, of course, to create charming displays.
